Lisee’s passion is to help clients increase donor engagement and loyalty. She has extensive experience in marketing, management and organizational development.  Prior to working full-time with EFTPlus® , Lisee was a strategic marketing and fundraising consultant for numerous non-profit organizations.  

Her non-profit marketing career started at World Vision where Lisee provided leadership for their single gift and recurring pledge programs.  During her tenure in pledge and sponsorship programs, donor income grew more than three-fold.  When Lisee married Doug she resigned from her position but was hired back as a consultant multiple times to provide strategic leadership on key projects including:  New Donor Acquisition, First Gift Fulfillment, and EFT/Credit Card Giving Strategies. Her greatest accomplishment and blessing is being the mother of Caterina -- a beautiful and compassionate daughter.
